Launched at Orlando, Leghorn, Italy in 1918, completed in 1919, displacement 900 tons, horsepower 27.000 hp, oil fired turbine direct drive machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 3-3” anti aircraft guns and 2-18” double tubes.
