Finnish parliament still not approved naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1926 no. 2

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau dated February 1926 reporting that internal political affaires prevented that the Finnish parliament approved the plans to increase the navy. The plan consisted in building 2 armoured gunboats, 4 submarines and 4 motor torpedo boats.
