German navy personnel strength increased according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1904-1905 no. 10

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau reporting that the in 1905 the personnel of the German navy was to be increased with 1 admiral, 2 rear-admirals, 4 captains, 12 frigate or corvette captains, 30 lieutenants 1st class, 43 lieutenants 2nd class, 8 midshipmen 1st class, 20 naval engineers, 11 officers of health and 2.535 petty officers and sailors. The totally personnel strength was to number 2.040 officers and 38.632 petty officers and sailors.
