Launched at Bethlehem Shipbuilding Co., Union Plant, San Francisco, USA in 1918, completed in 1919, displacement 1.215 tons, horsepower 27.000hp, all geared turbine oil fuelled machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 1-14pd anti aircraft gun and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
