Building of Japanese battleship Fuso delayed according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 8

Fuso-class

An item reported that the building of the Japanese battleship Fuso was delayed. Her armament would consist of 12-35,6cm guns and 16-15,2cm guns. The three battleships to be built were probably of the Fuso design. On 20 November 1913 was the first laid down at Yokosuka, Japan.

1. Of the Fuso-class with as sister ship the Yamashiro. Laid down at the Kure Naval Arsenal, Japan on 11 March 1912, launched on 28 March 1914, completed on 8 November 1915 and sunk during the Battle of Surigao Strait on 25 October 1944. Preceded by the Kawachi-class and succeeded by the Ise-class.
