The French naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1925 no. 5

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau dated September 1925 reporting that the second part of the French shipbuilding program was approved by law. This included the building of 1-10.000 ton cruiser, 8-26.50 ton flotilla leaders, 4-1.500 ton destroyers, 7 submarines, 2 submarine minelayers, a mine cruiser and a plane mother ship.(1)
