Japanese inhabitants of Tsingtao, China presented aircraft according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1935 no. 46

An item referred to the Jap. Chr. dated 1 August 1935 reporting that the 15.000 inhabitants of Japanese origin living at Tsingtao, China presented the Japanese navy an aircraft and which was to be named Tsingtao. (1)
