An item referred to the magazine Schiffbau reporting that the German torpedo boat G173 built at the Germaniawerft of Friedrich Krupp, Kiel, Germany achieved during her trials a speed of 33,33 miles. She was the first warships fitted out with Zoelly turbines (1) which completed her trials. With a displacement of around 65o tons. Length circa 75 metres. Needed horsepower was 16.000 hp.
