Dutch 3rd charter Leiden 1784-1799

Of the admiralty Amsterdam, built by May, on stocks at navy yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands on 17 September 1784, launched on 26 July 1786, while lying on the Vlieter captured by British on 30 August 1799, dimensions 167½ (lower deck) x 46 9/11 x 20½, an armament of 68 guns and a British builders measurement of 1307 tons. Commanding officers 21 January 1795-10 September 1798 captain J.D. Musquetier and in October 1798 captain Aegidius van Braam.
