Large number of Russian warships arriving at Vladivostok according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 26 August 1939

An item dated Moscow, Russia 25th reported that a day earlier a large number of Russian warships arrived at Vladivostok, Siberia passing the Panama Canal while coming from Kronstadt, Russia.
