British trawler Thistle sold to be broken up in the Netherlands according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 20 January 1939

An item reported that the British trawler Thistle was sold by J.G. Ray of Hartlepool, England to the Netherlands to be broken up. She was built at Selby in 1906. Gross tonnage 228 tons and net tonnage 91 tons.
