Dutch motor tug Stormvogel executing trials according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 8 February 1935

An item reported that on 24th January the Dutch motor tug Stormvogel executed her trial. She was built by Scheepswerf B.H. Peters, Dedemsvaart, Netherlands for account of N.V. De Wit’s Bergings- en Transport Onderneming, Rotterdam, Netherlands. Dimensions 22,30 (over all) x 4,91 x 2,20 (hold). Fitted out with 1-225/275hp Güldner-diesel engine allowing her to tow 1.200 last. Was to serve in the harbours of Rotterdam and on the Rhine, also to be used as salvage vessel and in wintertime as icebreaker.
