German built Chinese Fu-Po/Chang Feng class destroyers delivered to Chinese navy according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 6

An item reported that the German shipyard Schichau-Werke, Elbing delivered 3-400 tons torpedo boats to the Chinese government. During the trials was a speed of 35 miles achieved. Armament consisted of 2-7,6cm guns, 4-4,7cm guns and 2 torpedo launchers.(1)

1. The Fu Po-class or Chang Feng-class consisting of the 390 tons normal displacement destroyers, all laid down in 1910 consisting of the Chang Feng (1910-1932), Fu Po (1910-1937) and Fei Hung (1910-1937), renamed in 1915 respectively Yu Chang, Chien Kang and Tung An.
