Russian torpedo boat Ciklon to be sent disassembled to Vladivostok according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1901-1902 no. 11

An item reported that the Russian 100-tons torpedo boat Ciklon with a horsepower of 4.200 ihp and a speed of 26 miles would be disassembled, sent in parts to Vladivostok and there again assembled.
