All prisoners of German pocket battleship Admiral Graf Spee released at Montevideo, Uruguay according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijsch handelsblad dated 15 December 1939

An item dated Montevideo, Uruguay 14th reported that the Uruguayan authorities promised the British representative that all prisoners of war on board of the German pocket battleship Admiral Graf Spee were released. They all belonged to the crews of the sunk merchant ships.(1)
