Of the Baltic Fleet. Launched at Putiloff, St. Petersburg, Russia in 1890. Dimensions 136.5 x 13 x 7.8 feet, displacement 81 tons, horsepower 1.100 ihp, maximum trial speed 21 knots and coal bunker capacity 30 tons.
