Of the Baltic Sea Fleet. Launched by Putiloff, St. Petersburg, Russia in 1891. Dimensions 126 x 13 x 8.5 feet, displacement 81 tons, horsepower 1.100 ihp, one screw, maximum trial speed 21 knots, a crew numbering 13 men and an armament of 2-1pd revolvers and 2 torpedo tubes.
