Spanish submarine Isaac Peral launched at Quincy, USA according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1916-1917 no. 5

An item referred to the Moniteur de la Flotte reporting that on 20 July by the Electric Boat Company (E.B.C.)  Quincy, USA the Spanish submarine Isaac Peral was launched. She was of a similar design as the USS Schley, with a displacement of 950 tons and a length of 56 metres and able to cross the Atlantic Ocean on own power.(1)
