An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau dated December 1935 reported that to the already existing schools for ratings JSM St. Vincent, Portsmouth and HMS Ganges, Chatham a third in the St. Budeaux barracks was added. In 1935 were with 3.495 lads 305 more as two years earlier trained.
