Personnel strength of British and German navies increasing according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1913 No. 3

An item reported that the British naval budget 1913-1914 included an increase of the personnel strength of the British Royal Navy with 5.000 men. Since 1903 was the strength totally with 8.000 men increased while Germany went from 38.000 to 66.0000 men or 28.000 men increase!
