Soviet tug Charkov under reconstruction according to a CIA report dated 2 March 1954

An item reported that the SDGP (Sovetskoe Dunajskoe Gossudarstvenno Parahodstvo, Ismail, Soviet Union [Ukraine]) tug Charkov was completely dismantled at the Austrian Korneuburg Shipyard and expected not to be ready for service as in spring 1954.
