French destroyers fitted out for mine laying according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1909-1910 no. 8

An item reported that the French 336 ton destroyers Fanfae, Hoche and Massue and the Trident, Stylet and Fleuret were to be fitted out at Toulon, respectively Rochefort with a mine laying equipment. The around 10 mines were not on board stored but on a ship which accompanied the squadron handing over the mines when wanted exchanging at the same time the torpedo gun mounted aft including the torpedoes.
