Russian motor tug Kharkov delivered to the Soviet Union according to a CIA report dated 11 December 1951

An item reported that at the Obuda shipyards, Hungaria built motor tug Kharkov with a horsepower of 800hp was delivered to the Soviet Union on 19 July 1950.
