Russian tug Arnulf according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item dealing with the Russian merchant fleet active on the Rumanian part of the river Danube mentioned the Russian tug Arnulf built in Germany with a displacement of 150 tons and a total horsepower of 1.600hp delivered by 2 oil fuelled engines. Lying sunk at Tiganasi until 1945 when she was refloated and now under repairs at Budapest, Hungary.
