Russian tug Balhaz according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item dealing with the Russian merchant fleet active on the Rumanian part of the river Danube mentioned the Russian tug Balhaz with a displacement of 530 tons and fitted out with 2-100hp engines and active between Turnu Sevrin and Braila.
