Russian tug Kharkov according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item dealing with the Russian merchant fleet active on the Rumanian part of the river Danube mentioned the Russian tug Kharkov (ex-Turan) measuring around 200 tons and with engines delivering 1.200hp. She served in the rapids.
