Russian tug Yanisei according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item dealing with the Russian merchant fleet active on the Rumanian part of the river Danube mentioned the former German Pantesky and now Russian tug Yanisei described as a motor barge of 450 tons displacement with 600hp oil fuelled engines and active between Turnu Severin and Braila.
