An item reported that China ordered at the shipyard Cantiere Navale Triestino, Monfalcone, Italy the building of 3 cruisers with as dimensions 110 x 12 x 4,7 metres. The machinery would consist of Parson turbines and mixed coal-fuel fired Yarrow boilers delivering 30.000 ehp. The armament consisted of 10-10,2cm/4” Skoda guns and 2 torpedo launchers.
