An item dealing with so-called stockpiling within the Soviet Union merchant fleet especially the Reydtanker Steamship Company reported the building the building of two twin screw motor tugs named Tadzhik and Kazakh each with a horsepower of 800hp by the Baku Ship Repair-Shipbuilding Yard (zavod) imeni Vano Sturua.
