Czechoslovakian Komarno Shipyards building tugs for the Soviet Union according to a CIA report dated 11 March 1953

An item dealing with the shipping on the Danube reported the completion end November 1952 of two seaworthy motor tugs at the Komarno Shipyards, Czechoslovakia [nowadays Slovakia]. A third one was nearing completion with the fourth tug expected to be launched between 10-15 December 1952. All the four tugs were similar, fitted out with 2 engines and a total horsepower of 1,200 hp and built for the Soviet Union.
