Romanian steam tug Cernigov active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 31 July 1952

An item dealing with the merchant shipping traffic on the Danube between 25 February and 28 March 1952 between Vienna, Austria and Reni, Ukraine [45˚26’North and 28˚18’East] mentioned the Romanian steam tug Cernigov towing 6 cargo barges.
