Soviet SDGP tug Novgorod active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 11 March 1953

An item dealing with the shipping on the Danube reported the SDGP (Soviet Danube Shipping Agency) tug Novgorod towing sea lighters leaving Vienna, Austria towards the Soviet Union on 26 November 1952.
