The personnel of the Polish Shipping Company according to a CIA report dated 28 March 1956

An item reported that the Polish Oder Shipping Company was active in transporting coal between Gleiwitz and Stettin. Iron ore between Stettin and Gleiwitz and raw building materials like gravel, sand and bricks between Cosel and Breslau. She possessed as transport means barges and crews. The personnel strength was between 900 and 1.000 men, sailors were for 60% of German origin and the remaining 40& Polish of the offices and pilots was 80% German.
