Torpedo boat added to French submarine stations according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1904 no. 3

An item reported that just like Cherbourg, France at Toulon, France a torpedo boat 2nd class (the No. 62) was added to the submarine service. When submarines were exercising out of Cherbourg served the torpedo boat as escort vessel. If the exercises were farther at sea was a tug added to the torpedo boat.
