Russian salvage ship Ventspils sighted at Lepaya, Latvia according to a CIA report dated 29 May 1953

An item reported that since autumn 1951 the Russian salvage ship Ventspils was berthed near the bridge in the merchant harbour of Lapaya, Latvia east of the tanker Groznyy.
