Russian steam harbour Svetlana sighted at Odesa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Odessa, Ukraine was sighted the Russian old steam harbour service tug Svetlana if around tons with a black painted hull and white superstructure.
