Launched by Theodor Buschmann, Hamburg, Germany on 15 November 1965, delivered to Fairplay Schleppdampfsschiffahrtreederei as the Fairply XII on 28 December 1965, sold to Midwed Towage Co. Ltd., Malta on 23 January 1966 renamed St. Rocco. chartered to Tug Malta between 23 December 1980 and 31 May 1982 as the Zolla, sold to Sartard Shipbreakers and resold to Cassar Entreprises Ltd. And renamed St. Rocco.
