The Bulgarian auxiliary ship Asen according to a CIA report dated 13 November 1952

An item reported that the Bulgarian auxiliary ship Asen built in 1912 and modernized between 1933-1934 was now used as training ship. Her crew numbered around 200 men. Displacement 240 tons. Speed 7 knots. Armament consisted of 2-6,5cm guns and 4 machineguns.
