Russian dry cargo ship Kapitan Markov 1968-1990


Project 550. Of the Amguema type consisting of the Amguema, Penzhina, Olenek, Kapitan Gotskiy, Kapitan Bondarenko, Vankarem, Gizhigam, Navarin and Kapitan Markov. Broken up at Chittagong, Bangladesh in 1990. Built by the Leninskogo Komsala Shipyard, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Russia in 1968. Russia-flagged, homeport Vladivostok, IMO 6922975 and call sign UZAE.

General characteristics. gross register tonnage 8.108 tons, net register tonnage 3.477 tons, displacement of 14.955 tons, a deadweight of 9.573 and a deadweight cargo capacity of 7.300 tons with a draught of 9,10 metres.
