Russian inland tug Balhaz active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item reported that the one of the most important Russian tugs active on the Danube was the Balhaz with a displacement of 530 tons, 2-100hp engines and active between Turnu Severin, Romania and Braila.
