Russian inland tug Vasile Lupu active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item reported that the one of the most important Russian tugs active on the Danube was the Vasile Lupu. A passenger ship with a displacement of 100 tons, 1-300hp steam engine, accommodation for 300 passengers and active on the Dniester River.
