The Soviet Limenda shipyard at Kotlas according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported that the Limenda shipyard at Kotlas, Russia with the geographic coordinates 61.16.20 North and 64.41.30 East was located in the northern part of Kotlas on the south bank of the river Vychegda. The fenced and rail served shipyard was probably meant for repairs although new building was not excluded. It included a side-haul marine railway with minimal three transverse slipways for newbuilding-repairs and furthermore 4 shop and 17 support buildings.
