Gross tonnage 415 tons, net tonnage 197 tons and as dimensions 143 (between perpendicular)-151+ (over all) x 30 (moulded) x 17.6 (moulded depth) x 16.6 (loaded summer draught) feet. Coal bunker capacity 250 tons. Daily coal consumption 17 tons. Built by Crowninshield Shipbuilding Company, Fall River, Massachusetts, USA in February 1919. USSB design 1055. EFC no. 1233.
