French sea going torpedo boat Lancier (1893) according to Brassey’s naval annual 1912

Built by AC Augustin-Normand, Le Havre, France in 1893, displacement 128 tons and as dimensions 138 x 14.7 x 8.2 feet. Number of 2 screws, horsepower 1.400 ihp, trial speed 25.79 knots and an armament of 2-3pd guns and 2 torpedo tubes and a coal bunker capacity of 15.5 tons. Crew numbered 26 men.
