Wad- and Sontvaarder. Building ordered in 29 August 1941, handed over by the Van Diepen Brothers Shipyard, Waterhuizen, Netherlands with yard number 799 on 1 February 1932 as the Irma for account of J.H. Lohmann, Hamburg, Germany to be used in the cargo shipping in the North Sea and in the Baltic. Became in 1941 supply ship for the naval base at Danzig and later even for the Eastern Front when the Russian forces forced German forces to retreat. After the war again used in the coastal trade.
