Basin at Melnik, Czechoslovakia to be used for building pontoons and barges according to a CIA report dated 5 November 1954

An item dealing with the Czechoslovakian shipbuilding reported that the small basin in the old harbour (Maly bazen Stary pristav) KVP1 at Melnik [Czech Republic] was used for building barges and pontoons for shipment to the Soviet Union. Furthermore were replacement parts for this floating material produced.
