Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia only active for the Ministry of the River Fleet according to a CIA report dated 7 July 1952

An item reported that the Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia was part of the Ministry of the River Fleet although it was not confirmed that the yard was exclusive building for this ministry and not for other ministries. Under the Five Year Plan for the period 1946-1950 was the yard to build 18 screw steam tugs.
