An item reported that the Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia was part of the Ministry of the River Fleet although it was not confirmed that the yard was exclusive building for this ministry and not for other ministries. The yard was to build in 1949 several motor 300hp tugs; doubted was of these were the same as in 1948? Furthermore were 3 hulls for passenger ships of the Northern River Navigation Company to be built.
