An item reported that dark grey painted naval vessel was sighted on the position 50.02 north and 29.25 east with a length of around 150 feet and an open stern resembling the one of a whaling factory ship. Over the stern was V shaped structure seen with a wire running to a winch situated on the afterdeck.
