An item reported that on 23 November at the Zhadnov shipyard, Leningrad [nowadays St. Petersburg] a flush decked naval vessel was seen with a visible armament of a 2 barrelled gun mounting on the fore deck, a twin barrelled anti aircraft gun positioned forwards of bridge, one tube or possible torpedo tube battery between the funnels, a torpedo tube behind the aft funnel and a twin barrelled anti aircraft gun aft the forward torpedo tube. On the fat deck could also a gun mount be seen. On top of the bridge was a radar device resembling a loudspeaker visible and behind a radar device resembling a mushroom. Between the aft mast and funnel was again radar resembling a loudspeaker visible and in the aft mast a large radar scanner.
